Thick woods in Nebraska-beautiful in the Winter and I
can just imagine even more beautiful in the Summer!

Pedestrian Bridge over the Missouri River (probably not
traveled much in the freezing winter?)

I pictured Nebraska all flat - It's NOT, it has lots of huge
rolling hills.

Parking lots at Stores are REDICULOUS! EVERYWHERE
TONS and TONS of SNOW!!

Winter Quarters Visitors Center.
To the right of the Winter Quarters Temple is the Pioneer
Grave Yard. They said that 1 in 12 Pioneers died. It was so
freezing COLD!! I had a down coat, and waterproof hiking boots,
I can't even imagine how those poor Pioneers suffered! They had
no good waterproof shoes, warm coats, heaters, gloves, etc. They
KNEW that Christ's true Church had been restored to the Earth!
They felt the promptings of the Holy Ghost so strong and KNEW it
was true to have endured all that they did!

This little SWEETHEART melts my heart!!!! I watched her
for almost a week, even at night - got way toooo attached, and
now she's in NEBRASKA!!!!:(:(

Bryan's BEAUTIFUL little girls, Lindsey and Kelsey.

I watched Bryan's three little girls each night after work
and all weekend, the help them so they could pack to move.
It was WORK, but SO MUCH FUN!! Kelsey even helped us
do a garage sale Friday and Saturday to help earn money
for the move and Christmas!

We went to Queen Creek with Garrett and Charlotte to
Bishop Nevitt's 80th Birthday, Country Barn Dance.
He was the Bishop in Queen Creek just before we were married.
We saw a lot of our old ward members and had a great time.
Queen Creek 30 years ago was such a wonderful part of our lives!

Thanksgiving Day 2009! Most of LaMar's family came
to our home for Thanksgiving. We had a great time!
I only took a couple of pictures with Sherry's camera.
(I'm hoping Santa brings me a new camera:)

Dustin and Andra came to visit from Seattle and the ENTIRE
family all went to BUTCHER JONES BEACH for a picnic!
KC and Sherry, made it so much fun by bringing a generator and
hung up a big sheet and we all watched the Disney movie, "Bolt!"
Then KC made homemade icecream!
I haven't done anything with my blog for a while because my camera
got ruined when we went to San Carlos. On this trip I used one of
LaMar's old work cameras, and ya never knew if the picture took or
not. Then when it did, they were usually blurry! Oh, well....

All the grandkids LOVE Uncle Dustin!
Sadie LOVES the water!

Dustin, Andra, Sherry, KC, and SADIE, coolin off!

Sadie Ladie, loves scrambles eggs and bananas! She
spends the night sometimes, SOOO much fun!!!
Well, we went from Beagle Dogs to Rabbits and now Chickens!!
Our Rabbits were fun, but they ate the bark off one of our
big, beautiful trees, and so they found new homes! Now LaMar
wants Chickens! We thought we would only get 5 or 6 for a few
eggs, but a friend of LaMar's said to buy at least 25 and swears
that we can sell them in 6 months for $25 a piece and make
money. So now we have 27 Road Island Red Producer CHICKENS!

BIG CHICK - Little Chicks!!

Baby Chicks, a real hit with the Grandkids!

Andra Jean with all the kids, "she loves baby animals!"
We got a winter garden in and it's starting to come up good.
Tomatoes, snap peas, carrots, cucumbers, broccolli, cauliflower,
chard, spinach, beets, green onions, bulb onions, garlic, chilies,
and red potatoes!

This is the BEST WESTERN HOTEL LaMar has been staying
in all summer in Holbrook, Az. He does Environmental Remediation
Clean-up at Gas Stations around Arizona.

I only got to go to Holbrook with LaMar 4 times this summer.
Kaylee got to come and stay a couple of nights with us and it
was so much fun having her!

Just outside of Holbrook there were a lot of horses with
their little CUTE COLTS!

Kaylee said this Moma horse kept smelling her hair.

Look at this bathing beauty!

Kaylee and Grandma having fun in the pool at the Hotel in Holbrook!

These two Moose looked bigger in real life!
