I've redone our bedroom! We found this wonderful new set
for dirt cheap in Show Low, Az. It was Model Home furniture
that was for sale.

Tonight we went to see my little Great Niece, Paige Bloomfield,
who just had heart surgery again. She is doing so well and Jamie
and Keith are doing super also! It sure brings back lots of memories
of 21 years ago when we went through heart surgeries with my son
Wesley at St Josephs Hospital.......Even though we have faith and
try to be possitive, it is a VERY HARD thing to have your child suffer
and hurt. BUT, we sure have been blessed and MIRACLES HAVE
HAPPENED for Wesley and little Paige:):):)

Started back to work on Aug 9th. I work at Shepherd Junior

High this year. It was a great move! I LOVE THIS JUNIOR

HIGH! It is soooo nice. Here are the two teachers I work with

in the Read 180 Program. Mrs. Callahan and Mrs. Kovach.

An OLDIE from 2007!

LaMar was so sweet and told me that he wanted to take one
last trip with me before School starts Monday the 9th! He
wanted it to be just him and I, and he wanted to go to
HAWLEY LAKE:) I had sooo much to do this LAST weekend,
BUT we went, and WHAT A WONDERFUL TRIP it was!!!!!!!

We took a drive down to Big Diamond Creek and saw

4 HUGE BULL ELK!!!!! I only got pictures of 2 because

by the time I got them in my focus they had taken off!

BUT LOOK AT THESE TWO!!!! The one above and below

are the same, but the two above these was another one.

This was the second big Bull we saw on the side of the road!
Right NEXT to it was even a BIGGER BULL! You can see
I was trying so hard to take this picture that it came out blurry.
LaMar was yelling at me to hurry and take a picture of the bigger
bull, and by the time I got him in view he TOOK OFF:(:(:(

We took a drive down to "Big Diamond Creek". The Creek
was really full and very beautiful! Here we are having our
lunch. We never saw any cars or people. It was such a
pretty drive and beautiful day:)

30 minutes or so. LaMar actually had caught

4 but on got away:(

Soon after we had caught 6 fish, a huge storm came in and

it started raining really hard. Luckily, we had a big umbrella.

The motor on the boat broke and so LaMar had to row us in:(

Even the challenges of a trip, are "Memories" and make it fun!

LaMar is always so good to clean the fish!

The BURLY BEAR, my favorite store in Show Low!

We stayed in the Holiday Inn in Show Low. It had a sona,

jacuzzi, and pool. It was nice.

Well for our 31st Anniversary we went to What A Burger to get FREE Hamburgers.
It was a giveaway for their 60th Birthday and just so happened to be our 31st
Wedding Anniversary:) Afterwards we went to see Toy Story 3. It was really cute!
LaMar surprised me with a beautiful Star Necklace for our anniversary. He said it
reminded him of how I have been his "North Star" and have always been there for him.
It was really sweet of him!

Ok, so Sherry called us and told us that Whataburger was giving
away free "What-a-burgers" to anyone who came to What a Burger
Resturantes between 5-8:00 and were wearing ORANGE, on
August 3rd (our 31st Wedding Anniversary:)

HA! HA! The Hamburgers were delicious:):)
